I love this idea. This is, in essence, what we’re trying to teach business owners inside CoCommercial. We want them to acknowledge the value of their experience, discoveries, and insight no matter how long they’ve been in business or how much money they’ve made. We also want everyone to be open to asking for feedback and critique — again, no matter how successful they are or are not.
I’ve been thinking about it in terms of exercising a muscle for self-advocacy. But I want to think on how I can incorporate this concept of relational, connected sovereignty, too!
