Quality advice is never free. Sometimes you pay in currency, sometimes you pay in time spent networking, sometimes you pay in trade.

That said, there is plenty of high-quality free training out there. So I’m very glad you are distinguishing learning or education from advice or support.

If what you’re looking for is really personalized support or advice, it’s time to spend some really quality time building relationships that support that. That probably means looking outside your normal social or professional circles, finding people in a different pay grade, and looking for ways to become helpful, useful, or interesting to them. It’s certainly not an easy road — and there are no short cuts without paying for them — but it’s entirely possible to do.
