Thank you so much for sharing your pricing strategy, Ethan Agarwal. I’m both a diehard Aaptiv user and the CEO of a company that offers a membership-based product to small business owners.

We’re self-funded so working capital has always been extremely important to us. But I’ll admit that it also took me some serious time to realize that the monthly model — while appealing — was killing our ability to grow and be sustainable.
